My laptop does not have an Ethernet port built in and this has been a life saver for the few occasions where only a hardwire connection is available. Since it takes up a USB port, I like the USB hub so that I can still connect other USB devices.

Perfect solution to poor connection on campus. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Bought this item with some concerns, I’ve had other USB port hubs, and they will work fine for a short while. I’ve had this one for over 1 year, and it works as it did brand new. Great buy

I was worried when I purchased this that I might have issues getting it to work on Linux, but it was truly plug and play. Not a single issue. Running Pop OS (Ubuntu) 19.10 on a Dell Latitude 7370.

This device works well. I use it with a laptop that does not have an Ethernet port. I conect it to my home and hotel Ethernet port for a faster connection. WiFi is sometimes slow at home and in hotels.

I purchase this device to extend my tablet so that I could utilize more USB ports for things like a mouse, flash drive and more. It makes everything work without having to change each item in the 1 USB port for when I need it.

I bought this item because my new laptop only has 2 USB ports. I need to connect several different equipment into my laptop including an ethernet. However, looks like the ethernet doesn't work. I am not sure if it is because of the port hub or the internet system in my apartment.

I don't understand why newer laptops doesn't have Ethernet port to begin with. So, this device is really a big help! Plus 3 additional USB port! I have 2 (office and home) now.

Needed a Ethernet adapter for a laptop. Works as advertised and the additional ports prevent port loss as most laptops only have one or two USB ports. Since I used my laptop hooked to an external monitor with a keyboard and mouse the extra ports are a life saver.

This adapter works great given that some of the new laptops only have one maybe two USB ports this is a great tool to use when you have multiple things that you need plugged in at the same time .

I use this hub with both Macs and PCs that lack additional ports. It is small, transports easily and just works. Fits external drives, flash drives and uses a type A USB ports. Well worth the purchase.

Wanted to add Ethernet to my Razer Blade for certain instances, this works perfectly. Added bonus of the 3 USB 3.0 ports is great, only downside is you have to supply your own AC adapter when using all 3 ports.

Using this to connect my DJ controller via usb and wireless keyboard / mouse. Ethernet port is great for hardwire connection to my digital mixer. So far, flawless operation with no visible lag.

Purchased this as I have only one USB port on my Surface Laptop. Works good so far. I haven't tried its ethernet connection but will update in future if I run into any issues.

Over all a good unit. I purchased so i could have extra ports and a wired ethernet connection from time to time. For some reason this unit interfers with my wi-fi connection and i have to unplug it when not using the wired connection. I suspect driver issues but have not figured it out yet

I bought this product because my laptop doesn't have an ethernet jack and only 2 USB ports. Connected it to my laptop and it automatically installed the drivers needed and worked. When I checked it out in my settings, it said it was running 1Gbps ethernet and all of the USB ports work as well

If you need hardwired ethernet and have no ethernet port on your laptop/macbook, this does the job. Didn't need or use the hub aspect, but the networking aspect worked first time. Pleased.
