I had first bought a different similar product not from Best Buy, and the one I bought caused my computer to blue screen when I plugged it in. I bought this one from Best Buy and it functions perfectly fine.

With more and more external devices neededing to be connected to my laptop it's nice to have am adapter that can handle all I need it to including Ethernet. Like that it is USB 3.0 on all ports.

My one complaint about my two surface pro computers is the lack of USB and Ethernet... this $30 solution solves it! Easy to use and auto recognized, this solved many problems for me!

As the box described, it would out of the box for Windows 10. OSX does require a driver. The product quality is good and I have no complaints except it would be nice to have it work out of box for OSX

USB 3.0 Gigabit Ethernet and 3-Port Hub - adds functionality to my Yoga laptop which is lacking in Ethernet & USB ports. Software was easily installed & device functions beautifully. High recommend.

Looking for an Ethernet port with some addition USB ports in a slick design, then this product should work for you. It did for me and was easy to use, just plug it in and connect the cable to your router.

I was disappointed when I first bought my new laptop when I found out I had no way to plug direct into high speed network. This was a great help to and able make great use of my high speed internet

This is the second j5 in the last couple years. I only replaced it because I lost the first one. Love the multiple USB ports. I’ll buy it again!!

I recently converted to VDI (virtual desktop) at work, and found I had limited USB ports available. Our IT staff recommended this purchase, and it has been a lifesaver! One USB port becomes three. Yes!!

No installation required simply plugged it in and it worked. Added three USB ports while cleaning up some of the clutter I had when using my laptop. Network works fine as well.

This device was purchased to replace a similar predecessor that was destroyed by a voltage surge. This unit performs flawlessly on my Lenovo Yoga 3 14 computer.

I bought this product for my XPS laptop that does not have an Ethernet port and it works perfectly, on top of the Ethernet port it gives me 3 extra USB3.0 ports and they work great too!

With Windows 10, no additional driver software is needed. It's simply Plug and Play if you're running Windows 10. Nothing to complain about so far, works as described!!

I bought this to help speed up my internet connection and free up some valuable USB ports. The device works great and has really helped manage all my add on devices.

very nice to have on any pc with limited usb ports you can also use it as a charging hub for usb devices works great easy to install just install soft ware driver plug it in and your ready

Just to the point, it does what you need and expect, standard usb connectors and the most important in my opinion, the Ethernet port.

The j5 create makes it easy to use my Surface Pro 4 at home and when traveling to see clients. I can easily connect to our network and use my MX 2 Anywhere Mouse and other devices.

This is a good product. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is the fact that my wireless mouse doesn’t seem to work when using this (it works fine when plugged straight into the computer USB jack).
