    I have two HP Elite laptops, each with a USB port. It works great on the one where the USB port was part of the computer and it did not work where the USB port was on the detachable keyboard. It would have been nice to know this nuance before ordering this product on-line. I had to find this out by placing a trouble ticket with J5create. Thus I am mentioning it here so that others may determine if this product will work for their need.

    We got a TV to replace our projector, but the issue was that the training info we used was stored on an old desktop and the new TV would not accommodate the old style monitor plug. I went to the store, explained the issue and the associate directed my right to this adapter. Once the drivers loaded, it was plug and play and a lifesaver. Works perfectly.
