Works really good for viewing docs, emails, PDFs, spreadsheets etc... It lags a little when watching videos ie: YouTube but it’s not horrible. All in all, I’d recommend it.

Excellent way to have 2 monitors

Works best for near static images (spreadsheets, web pages etc...). May not be satisfactory for gaming. When running multiple video streams, it will consume a lot of CPU and GPU time, but still very useable. If performance becomes an issue, move your video streaming windows to a monitor attached to your video card. I noticed significant drop in CPU, GPU load.

Solid - Running 4 Screens Instead of 2 Now

Never tweaks out nor given me any trouble since I first set it up. I have a pretty basic Lenovo laptop with no dedicated graphics card, no usb-c display port. I'm using it on a 17" and a 15" laptop screen that I pulled and added to my setup. I tried some cheaper adapters and they were not reliable. Very happy with this.

You can find another brand cheaper but i chose this one for the 3.0 which simply means faster connection once its plugged in. Requires no additional cables like a power cable .

I didn't have to set up anything on the computer, just plug and go to have both monitors working as expected! The only negative I can say is the cord is too short - only about 6 inches long.

Perfect for work computers

My workstation GPU only has two outputs but this device allows me to add two more so now I have 4 screens. Excellent with my LG 43UN700 which can display 4 sources simultaneously, Makes the ultimate production machine for work. You do not have to download software, windows will download the drivers by itself with no need for an administrative login.
