She helped me get the best product for me to use at home for work. It was easy to set up on my laptop connected to two monitors. It does have an install application for your laptop, which I tried to install it but kept getting an error message "Access denied" But there was no need for me to install it for use on my Dell work laptop, I went ahead and plugged it in and after it loaded by itself it automatically worked with no install. :) So, if the application won't download I will say try to plug it in without the application install. You won't regret your purchase

It says it works for MAC but I couldn't get it work on my friends MAC. But it works fine for a couple of my windows laptop. Easy to install at least on a windows laptop.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Took me a while to actually figure out how to get 2 monitors to extend, but finally did and it works great. When I first got the adapter, only one monitor extended and the other one mirrored. I downloaded the driver and uninstalled it multiple times until I found out that the MacBook Air requires Catalina and can't run on High Sierra. Once I downloaded Catalina, the adapter worked as needed and allowed me to extend to both monitors. This was definitely worth the money

Perfect for the job!

Works perfect for 2 Monitors

Allowed me to have extra sharp imaging

USB 3.0 Dual HDMI Multi-Monitor Adapter

I struggled with another brand for close to six months before I made the switch. No more blinking or dropping out. I'm happy. It allows me to use three monitors, which is very helpful. I used to use two, which was nice, but adding the third was the best! I'm not a gamer, by the way. I don't know how it would work for gaming, but for regular computer use (documents, spreadsheets, pdfs) it works well.
