However, after I downloaded the updated driver from the manufacturer, it worked great as well.

Posted .Needing more monitors on both Windows and Mac OS' is now easier than ever with the JUA365 - simply download, install the driver and watch them power on. If needed; technical assistance can be obtained with support information on the packaging and a representative will be ready to help.

TVs had different resolution. It easily detected both TVs and a compatible resolution.

Great device but expensive

I will likely return it for a less expensive option.

This is great for laptops which cannot use the usb-c port for display purposes (some are for data transfer only). I would highly recommend this item to other laptop users encountering this issue and require a multi-monitor, extended display setup.

Many that I looked at only extended the existing display and wouldn’t allow me to drag tabs to other monitors. Best Buy has never let me down when it comes to electronics, so searched the site and read the reviews on this product. After reading the reviews, I knew it’s what I needed. I picked it up at my local Best Buy, and it didn’t take long to get it up and running on my MacBook Pro.
