I did have to make sure my windows 11 was fully updated and install software from the manufacturer

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This unit is USB-C to 2 HDMI connections. Probably works for most, but Apple only allows 1 external monitor connection for each USB-C port connection. Hence this unit may or may not work for a Mac.

Posted .The Adapter has a USB Type-A connection with (2) HDMI outputs. The JCD381 is a USB Type-C connection with (2) HDMI outputs for computers with USB-C.

But the device itself is worth it for projects or to get your laptop or phone to project on a bigger screen.
