Posted .Great performance, good build that will last years of use sounds like the JUA365; it's up to 4K resolution capability makes this a must have. Very good option to run two monitors from a laptop

It worked perfectly as the store representative said it would. I was amazed at the fact there was no flicker or regents showing up. It was well worth the price!

Working well...now

Customer support was really poor - no phone support, and email support for very short hours (apparently a support site was supposed to open and didn't because of COVID). I finally got a support person who directed me through a reset, which appears to have solved the problem. Other than that, the product does exactly what I need - two monitors!
