Posted .Great performance, good build that will last years of use sounds like the JUA365; it's up to 4K resolution capability makes this a must have. It is very flexible and allows me to connect my laptop to any monitor, which is something I've never seen before with other USB 3.0 Multi-monitor adapters. It doesn't cost an arm and leg like other adapters,

Customer support was really poor - no phone support, and email support for very short hours (apparently a support site was supposed to open and didn't because of COVID). I finally got a support person who directed me through a reset, which appears to have solved the problem. Other than that, the product does exactly what I need - two monitors!
