Very useful and highly recommend if you have dual monitors but only one HDMI port

I did return it and purchased a different model (same brand). Good to go then.

I notice there is a little bit of lag on it when watching video hooked up to my television, but it's not horrible. Picture quality is great and it can do pretty high resolution so for the price it's a good buy.

I thought it was one of those that you just plug in and the monitors would start displaying. But Once I downloaded the software, it worked!

Only problem I notice and it could be a windows thing, on windows 11, sometimes the taskbar malfunction on the other screen till you restart the computer

Posted .If possible, test with another HDMI cable on the monitor that is having the issue with taskbar malfunctioning or another monitor. You could also try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers again but have the j5 device disconnected until the process is complete. ** Feel free to contact j5create Technical Support if you require further assistance. Not the inexpensive solution I’d hoped

The newer monitor worked fine but had to use a converter for the vga monitor that didn’t work. Returned it for a mini dock. It might work well for two newer monitors,

Decent for price

If I had pc given to me that had enough hdmi ports or supported two hdmi monitors so could switch between my pc and one provided, this would have been great.
