I went in and asked a few questions and was sent directly to this item. It has worked great for both my computer screens. I was looking for a splitter to use double screens, and I couldn’t be happier.

I love this item. I am a facility director at a treatment center. Due to COVID protocols, we must enforce social distancing during therapy sessions. This means that we have to spit our group into two separate rooms. This device allows us to present the material in two separate rooms from one laptop. Each room is equipped with a 60 inch monitor. The material flows smoothly thanks to this device.

Im not tech savvy but this product was very straightforward and i was finally able to have my dual monitor PC. FYI if you want a dual monitor setup, get this product!!!!! DO NOT get an HDMI splitter, that simply mirrors a screen. Get this instead!

Due to Covid all my work has been done at my new home office. I haven’t fired up my personal computer in ages and come to find out it has no HDMI port to connect an external monitor. j5 Multi monitor adapter is the answer! Very simple out of the package for plug and play with windows. Mac is a little more involved to get installed and view the displays but works just grand. I highly recommend this product should you want/need dual external monitors. Two thumbs up

I purchased this so I could easily work from my laptop while being in grandma duty at my daughter's house. Her set up for dual screens wouldn't work with my laptop. The set up was super easy. I did have to go online to download a driver, but that's not uncommon.

It is perfect for my new Surface Laptop! I highly recommend it!

Works well but be aware if you are using OS Big Slur you need a special driver that’s NOT on the website as if the time I wrote this review. I had to call J5 support, whom by they way are extremely helpful, and they emailed me a link so this driver would work wothOS Big Slur. They weren’t sure when the driver would be on their site for download. Otherwise great product and works well with my Mac AirBook.

I got a job working from home and needed 3 monitors. I didn't want to purchase a dock. I bought this and two HDMI cables. I hooked the two monitors into this adapter with the HDMI cables and plugged the adapter into the laptop USB port. This works flawlessly and was easy plug and play. The two monitors along with the laptop screen gave me three screens.

Works well for two screens. Intended for a work computer that needed a driver installation. With the help of the IT department it was done successfully. Otherwise it couldn’t have been done without the right permission from IT department. That’s the only down but otherwise the product has worked great. No display flickering nothing of that sort.

Useful and easy to connect to my computer. Ended up returning because I wanted a sleeker design

This product does exactly what I need. I recently bought a laptop with only 1 HDMI port. For my job, I use 2 external monitors that can’t be mirrored on top of each other. This device takes my 1 HDMI port and splits it into 2. That way I can have 3 screens that each have their own display source. Thank you Best Buy and J5!

Pretty expensive but great thing... I plugged in my dual monitor and it works no problem

This allowed me to use an additional two monitors on my all in one home PC. Super easy setup and has worked flawlessly so far.

Works great with 3 monitors! Very worthwhile and doesn’t lag
