Great product works good, easy setup. Works with all windows

This Dual HDMI multi monitor adapter got the job done right! it was quick and easy to install both of my Samsung monitors via the HDMI ports. I am now able to extend my display to perfection.

This is great way to add a second monitor. I just plugged it in to USB C port and plug the two monitors with HDMI cables. I have nothing plugged in to the video card and it works!

After downloading the driver and adjusting permissions in system/privacy settings, I was able to get this to work with my Mac mini M2 (macOS Ventura 13) for an extended display.

I purchased this device at the nearest Best Buy, and the moment I plugged it into my laptop, I received a message saying that my laptop sensed a power source with a lower rating was connected and that continued use would discharge the battery. I'm not sure what I did wrong or if I purchased the wrong device? On the other hand, the HDMI and USB ports work just fine.

I use this for streaming so I can have two monitors. It’s never failed me. I would buy this again if I needed to.

Did not work on a new Windows10 machine. The driver software causes error messages, even after you uninstall it. Basically a waste of money and time and then you get to spend even more time trying to repair whatever the driver screws up with your operating system. J5create tech support was available, but not really useful. They were responsive, but could not get the device to function. When it was obvious that their driver was causing new error messages on machine, they said it was not their problem.

I bought this item to set up my dual monitors for my home office. My computer did not have an extra HDMI port, so this was my next best option. It's really easy to set up and connects in less than 5 minutes. the quality is a little dull on the extra screen, not sure if I have to adjust some settings so that both screens are the same. Overall, it works for me, and I am happy with my purchase.,

If you want a way to connect to two additional monitors via HDMI, this is your choice! I have an older laptop and a couple of monitors so I was easily able to connect this hub and extend my workstation. Extremely easy to use: connect your powered monitors to the hub via HDMi, plus the hub into a USB-A port, then lastly change your display settings in Control Panel. This is probably the best USB-A option for older laptops as most have moved to USB-C / Lightning.

I’m completely satisfied with this purchase because I’ve tried several types before that just didn’t work out. After figuring out what type of laptop and connectors I have this product was the answer to my problem and was in the store; yay!!!!

In summer 2021 I started working from home a few days every week. I bought a 2nd monitor for the home office, and just wanted to be able to connect both monitors to my work (Windows) laptop with minimal expense. I had no idea which adapter to get. A Best Buy associate at a local store recommended this adapter, which was in stock and ready for purchase at the store. It was a great choice. I took it home, plugged both monitors in the adapter, and worked out of the box with the windows laptop, no problems, no issues, no need to install any drivers. I also use it for my personal Windows laptop so it works great in both situations (both laptops are Windows 10). I was hoping not to spend this much money on a solution, but being able to plug both monitors into one adapter makes it easier to deal with, rather than having to use 2 ports on the laptop. The adapter does get warm when in use, but it does not get uncomfortably hot. Definitely a great product which I would recommend.
