Very easy way to add dual monitor capability without having to add a graphics card. Worked well right out of the box. I don't use it for gaming, so I can't comment on how well it performs under those conditions, but for adding screen real estate for opening up multiple business applications, it works great.

In summer 2021 I started working from home a few days every week. I bought a 2nd monitor for the home office, and just wanted to be able to connect both monitors to my work (Windows) laptop with minimal expense. I had no idea which adapter to get. A Best Buy associate at a local store recommended this adapter, which was in stock and ready for purchase at the store. It was a great choice. I took it home, plugged both monitors in the adapter, and worked out of the box with the windows laptop, no problems, no issues, no need to install any drivers. I also use it for my personal Windows laptop so it works great in both situations (both laptops are Windows 10). I was hoping not to spend this much money on a solution, but being able to plug both monitors into one adapter makes it easier to deal with, rather than having to use 2 ports on the laptop. The adapter does get warm when in use, but it does not get uncomfortably hot. Definitely a great product which I would recommend.

If you want a way to connect to two additional monitors via HDMI, this is your choice! I have an older laptop and a couple of monitors so I was easily able to connect this hub and extend my workstation. Extremely easy to use: connect your powered monitors to the hub via HDMi, plus the hub into a USB-A port, then lastly change your display settings in Control Panel. This is probably the best USB-A option for older laptops as most have moved to USB-C / Lightning.

It does what I need it to do: connects two monitors to my computer. Connectiona work, no problems.

I purchased this adapter when I started working from home because my laptop only has one HDMI output and I wanted to connect two external monitors. It works fine for this purpose. I do experience a little bit of lag when moving something from one screen to another and the resolution changes between the external monitors and the laptop monitor cause some hiccups, but I don't believe that is a limitation of the adapter, but rather the other hardware and the computer processing power. I would prefer a docking station, but this was the cheapest, fastest option I could find at a more affordable pricepoint than a docking station.

My computer tower does not have hdmi ports so needed this for dual screen set up. Plug and play and couldn’t be happier. Wish it was a bit cheaper but you get what you pay for

I got this adapter to connect a large LG screen to my laptop as a second screen. While it does the job, the resolutions offered are not great given the rather high price for the adapter. While it gets the job done, it is an expensive adapter, though few others are available. Decent adapter but at a high cost. Recommended, but not an overwhelming endorsement.

This product works as advertised. It is literally plug and play. The only thing you have to do is set up your monitor on your pc as either "duplicate" or "extended" display if using it as an auxiliary monitor. Very easy to use.

Great for the purposes of two monitors to my Lenovo laptop, just what I needed and never issues with lag or other. Very highly recommended, plug-n-play, Windows will install any necessary drivers and in a few seconds or so of first plugin, your connected displays will be ready to use. A little pricey for me, but everything is these days.

I love this j5create USB to HDMI adapter! It's so easy to use and it lets me connect two monitors to my laptop with just one USB port. The image quality is amazing and I can multitask like a pro. Since my desktop, which has dual monitors, won't be able to support Windows 11, I had been searching for a way to connect my laptop to dual monitors. Failed with a USB-C device as the port does not support video. Was skeptical that I could get a dual monitor output using USB, but plugged it in and was totally amazed!

I am super happy with my adapter. I know can run two monitors with my computer. Making it three monitors to multitask my company. I couldn’t believe the ease of connecting it to my computer. There is no lag whatsoever on any of my screens. Super buy!!!

I love this thing... I plug it into the USB port and all of a sudden I have two giant monitors from my laptop... best purchase I have made for my home office! Set up was easy and the device performed as advertised... I am super happy with it.

Duel monitors are a must. This adapter is a quick and easy setup and works great.

I’m completely satisfied with this purchase because I’ve tried several types before that just didn’t work out. After figuring out what type of laptop and connectors I have this product was the answer to my problem and was in the store; yay!!!!

So, I run IT for a company and we require a lot out of our sales team, so we have Macs that need a total of 3 screens. If you know Macs, you know that's not possible using their internal hardware. With this, I was able to setup two 4k monitors on each side with a 2k monitor in the middle within a couple of minutes and a download. Great product! I ordered 5 about 8 months ago, one did go out but it was covered under warranty and bam, my team is in business. So, if you're one of those people who really really want 3 screens with their Mac Mini, get this.
