    I have been using the j5create for a few months now and I can say that it's one of the best adapters for this purpose. It is very flexible and allows me to connect my laptop to any monitor, which is something I've never seen before with other USB 3.0 Multi-monitor adapters.     I had some problems at the beginning after installation. Customer support was really poor - no phone support, and email support for very short hours (apparently a support site was supposed to open and didn't because of COVID). I finally got a support person who directed me through a reset, which appears to have solved the problem. Other than that, the product does exactly what I need - two monitors!
