Nice Dual Monitor adapter

Junk Did NOT last four (4) months

Purchased on 11/29/2020 and as of 03/23/2021 it is dead/stopped working. For $70 this adapter is way over priced due to it did not even last four (4) months before dying. So, do not waste your money on this this adapter, you will be buying something else in a few months.

The photo shows you can hook up 2 laptops to one monitor. Well you can't. Did not get good advice in the store so I have to return it. Instructions and images should have been more clear. A real disappointent.

Didn't work with Lenovo ThinkPad

I had to download the drivers which isn't a big deal, but the Lenovo ThinkPad is my work computer and I don't have administrator access. I had to call Tech Support and they were not successful either. Ended up having to purchase another USB - C Lenovo adapter which work perfectly... Didn't need to download drivers.

Not enough ports, but works .

Posted .Hi Mcomp55, if your computer has a USB Type C port. the JCD381 has 2 HDMI, Ethernet, 2 USB and USB-C port with pass through charge but computer requires a feature called "Power Delivery". I called Tech Support to get assistance. After waiting 20 minutes I left a voice message for them to call me back. I got a call about one week later, after I'd returned the unit. If I cannot get quick customer service I'm not going to keep a product.
