Posted .The driver is automatically downloaded when plugged in a network environment. If the automatic download does not start, please install the driver manually on the homepage. Please use HDMI cables and no conversion or adapters with our device. Please check to see if the graphic card has an update through "Device Manager" and through your computer's manufacture's website for any BIOS, drivers, etc. updates. Thank you.

It plugged into my 3.0 USB port and my two HDMI monitors (yes, the 4K port can be used for HDMI), and I have used it for over 12 hours a day since I got it. Not a single problem, hesitation or hiccup. I highly recommend this adapter for anyone with the need to run two monitors!

Due to COVID, I am now working from home... I have a laptop, which I connected two monitors; however, wanted to add a 3rd monitor, but did not have enough ports. I considered a monitor splitter, because the price was significantly cheaper. However, after I read some reviews... monitor splitters only duplicate screens... I typically have multiple applications open at once, so wanted multiple screens that can display different applications, rather than toggle between applications... this worked PERFECTLY !! :)
