The transfer rate was a lot better than I had expected.

USB Type-C Adapter

Picked up this adapter to see how well it performed using USB 2.0 and 3..0 devices... the results were great. Looking forward to the new USB Type-C memory sticks and HDD's.

I have external monitors that it poorly manages the power for and am constantly killing the computer battery.

A comparable product can be found online at a much better price. But, the product works fine, and I was able to start using it immediately instead of waiting for two days to have it shipped.

Standard USB is out the window, this is the one.

Posted .Thanks to the JUCX05, USB Type-A devices can now work with newer computers that have USB-C ports only. Works with hard drives, webcams, flash drives, mice, keyboards and more!
