    It did not work for me to be able to connect a second monitor to my laptop. However, my boss is using it and it works fine for him.

      Because the JCA153G requires a feature called DP alt-mode/Thunderbolt 3, not all computers will output video via USB-C. In this case, we recommend using a different type of adapter which are software based and those will work for your computer. We apologize for the experience you had and hope we can turn things around.
