Not best quality and pricey for dying at 2 weeks

Conveniently the return policy it stopped working at the end of the time to return it. I am pretty sure mine was a manufacture problem now because it disconnects and reconnects my laptop to tv. I had tried it with a new hdmi cable and still did the same so I tested it out on a new tv and different brand laptop and they also had the same problem as my laptop and tv. I haven’t moved it from the spot it’s been and randomly stopped connecting one day. Not good quality for 2 months use. I had a better one from Amazon that was good for 2 years.

Didn't work for me

Posted .Because the JCA153G requires a feature called DP alt-mode/Thunderbolt 3, not all computers will output video via USB-C. In this case, we recommend using a different type of adapter which are software based and those will work for your computer. We apologize for the experience you had and hope we can turn things around.
