Posted .Hi Cab4, when it comes to the JCA153G, compatibility will depend on the device in use with it. If your phone, tablet, or computer does not support video output capability via USB-C, you will not be able to output video using this model. Instead, we recommend the JCD381 for example which requires software installation and that will work for you.

Doesn't work for me

I was using it for my M1 Max MacBook Pro to set up quadruple monitors. On the box, it says it supports 3840x2160 60hz. If you do some calculations, that would be about 14.93 Gbps for the bandwidth. When I tried to use it with my 1440p and 100 hz (MacOS looks like it caps at 100hz for the monitor I have), the bandwidth should be 11.06, which is far less than 14.93. Therefore, it should have been able to drive the monitor a lot easier.

Posted .This Video Adapter is Compliant with HDMI 2.0, 4K @ 30 Hz to 4K @ 60 Hz. Unfortunately, we have not tested this adapter on a 144 Hz monitor. We apologize for the inconvenience.

But it doesn't work and now I may have to return my computer because I need 3 monitors. It will probably work for other people and I got the wrong info but my advice is do your own research.

Posted .Unfortunately, it's possible that the HP AIO may not support PnP (Plug n Play) devices over USB-C. The other option will be JUA365 that requires an installation of a driver and will allow dual displays for your AIO computer.
