Because the JCA153G requires that your device support video output via USB-C in order to output a video signal and the Pixel does not support such capability, this would not work unfortunately. Instead, the JUA165C will allow you to do so. Posted .Obtaining video output is one thing, when it comes to also charging the computer while in use is another. We're sorry to hear the JCA153G is not capable of charging your laptop; we do have the JCC155G that is capable of supporting up to 100 watts of pass through charging. Total junk , lost money.

I've tried it on my 48" TV/Monitor and my 40" TV/Monitor. I have a Type C >USB, works great. USB>HDMI works great. USB>VGA works great. This item works fine at the store where purchased.

Not compatible with 2017 MacBook Pro

To be able to mirror with the JCA153G your phone will need to have a built in feature called display port alternate mode. We would recommend checking the manufacturer’s specifications on your phone to see if it has this feature.
