Quick to 50% then slows down

I have used it to connect the Mac to the HDMI TV input to showcase pictures and videos.

The whole screen went green couldn't see anything. The touch screen still worked though. So i used this cable to have my phone screen images on my tv . This way i could transfer all of my pictures and info to my new phone . Otherwise i couldn't give my cracked phone the permission to release info to new phone . This cable saved me !!
