Posted .Hi Spade115, the JCA153G is a Plug and Play device which means the Tab A will have to support "DisplayPort Alt. Mode" to work with PnP. We have a JUA165C which works well for devices that don't support PnP. If you have any questions, please reach out to us. Respectfully, j5create.

Thank you, we really appreciate the recommendation. The adapter does not need any drivers. I just needs to be plugged into a USB-C port that supports display port alternate mode.
