It sounds like you are enjoying the adapter. If you find yourself in need of another there is a direct 6’ USB-C to HDMI cable that you may find as a better option since you do not need an additional HDMI cable.

USB-C will not display HDMI

It does not work w/ ASUS Vivobook 15 regardless of what the Best Buy rep say. After much research online, it comes to the USB Type-C in ASUS Vivobook 15 do not have enough power to connect to a monitor via HDMI. I returned it a couple times w/ different model but it turns out, it was the USB-C. I found my old USB J5 w/ connector to HDMI to monitor and it works.

Posted .The USB-C to 4K HDMI Adapter with Power Delivery requires that a computer must support DisplayPort Alt Mode for video out and USB Power Delivery to allow pass-through charge through a USB-C port interface.
