It would not connect to any display I tried. I teach and one of the students with a MacBook couldn't even connect it to any of the projectors or TV display. I have and hp laptop and I looked up this particular adapter and the solution was to return it. I was on vacation and now I can't even return it. Do not buy! I wasted 30 dollars and a $6 dollar adapter works perfectly!

Cheap and works, but probably not the best.

Only annoyance is the end I plug the HDMI into isn't deep enough for the HDMI connector to go all the way in so it is flush with the adaptor so it comes loose easily

Works, but disconnects easily

I noticed the piece the USB-C piece doesn't seem to fit flush into my Mac's USB-C port.

We appreciate your feedback on the adapter. One thing that may cause the adapter to have trouble connecting is if you have a case on your laptop. A case may prevent the USB-C from firmly seating into the port. If you would like troubleshooting assistance the j5create customer support team would be happy to assist.
