Too Expensive

Connection Issues

I just bought one today and took it home to use with my new monitor (LG - 27” UltraGear QHD Nano IPS 1ms 165Hz HDR Monitor with G-SYNC Compatibility - Black). I have another LG monitor and I'm using a macbook air 2020. Really disappointed.

Posted .The HDMI Adapter does not require any drivers for installation. The device is a Plug n Play, there are no software's available. However, if you are connecting 2 external displays, you will only be able to display 1, that is the limitation hardware for computers with the M1 chip.

Did not work with the Wacom drawing tablet

When I plugged it in my drawing tablet would not have any signal. When I purchased the Insignia™ - VGA to HDMI Adapter - White, my drawing table worked.

Because the JCA153G requires that your device e.g. Wacom tablet support video output via USB-C and it does not, this will not work for you. We appreciate that you took your time to leave a review. Because of the aluminum construction of the adapter it may feel warmer than plastic constructed adapters that may have used in the past. That being said if you feel that the adapter is getting too hot where it may cause damage I would recommend exchanging it at the retailer where you purchased it from or contact j5create customer support.
