Total junk , lost money.

This could be due to a defective HDMI cable, too long of a cable, conversion cable being used and more. I've tried it on my 48" TV/Monitor and my 40" TV/Monitor. I have a Type C >USB, works great. USB>HDMI works great. USB>VGA works great. This item works fine at the store where purchased.

Posted .Properly setting up the JUD380 to work on your computer can be stressful and we apologize. The Best Buy associate recommended this adapter but it does not work.

To be able to mirror with the JCA153G your phone will need to have a built in feature called display port alternate mode. We would recommend checking the manufacturer’s specifications on your phone to see if it has this feature.

Looks nice but does not work with all LG monitors

Posted .Because the JCA153G requires a feature called DP alt-mode/Thunderbolt 3 on the computer, or device being used to output video signal, it may not output video with everything. In order to determine whether or not your device supports such feature, we recommend contacting the support team on the packaging and an agent will be glad to assist.
