Warming Laptop when connected

The old Laptop warmed up within one hour. And I had to disconnect the VGA-USP to HDMI. However, Bestbuy rejected my return saying that I had to return it within 15 days. I contacted Bestbuy after 21 days. They forgot that we're not in normal days, as there is no Covid-19. And being a man of 70 years, and due to Covid-19 consequences, I limited my movement outside my home to one time per 3 weeks or a month. I read a lot in BestBuy on taking care of their customers due to Covid-19, but it appears as that was said just void words for an advertisement. Knowing that when I have purchased VGA-USP to HDMI unit, I didn't carry with me my BestBuy credit card, and Bestbuy worker had to certify my social, driver's license, and phone number. BestBuy worker told me that I can return the unit within 30 days. Actually, he cheated me, when he told me that and denied what he said when I talked to him in person on 07 11, 2020. Please, I'm looking forward to an immediate action to return this unit to Bestbuy by mail to my home address a return label. It is a very bad experience.

This adapter is great because it has the extra USB to send audio out through the HDMI connection. A VGA connection cannot transmit audio by itself. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

It sounds like the adapter is doing its job. Speaking of sound, a VGA port cannot transmit sound. So this adapter has a USB that plugs into your computer that will transfer sound through the adapter to the HDMI output that does support audio.

Posted .When it comes to plug and play adapters, the JDA214 is in the top 10 due to it's simplicity in adding another HDMI monitor to one's setup. Only requirements are a USB Type-A and VGA port and you're all set.

Posted .Quickly converting VGA to HDMI is what the JDA204/JDA214 does best. Simply insert the VGA and USB to the computer, add an HDMI cable to the monitor and done.
