    The first time I used this it worked great, but it works only about 2 times out of 5 now, hence the number of stars I gave it. I haven't quite figured out why it works sometimes and does not work other times. I keep it with me as a last resort.

    I was looking for a simple adapter but was told you didn't have anything like that. After finding the section of the store where the adapters were located, there wasn't much of a selection.

    I tried this adapter on three different computers running Windows 7 or 10 and the sound never worked on any of them. The USB sound card was detected but never output anything.

    Poor advice from sales assistant to purchase to connect a third monitor to my laptop. Found out later from an outside source that all I needed was a docking station. Disappointed with your sales expertise as I have been to your store 3-4 times to buy, and then to return items. Lost time and gas money going back and forth. As we say in the islands "auwe"!

    Plus would lose signal after a bit then I would have to unplug it and plug back in. Happened with 2 separate connectors

    The product works fine but the USB cord is too short and barely reaches the port when it's attached to the vga on the back of my lap top

    Stopped working after 2 minutes!

    Unfortunately, when I set this up within 2 minutes (or less) the image on the screen was flashing like a strobe light. I asked my IT guy to see if he could fix it and after 15 minutes of trying everything he could, it didn't work still. He said it was a bad adapter. Hopefully, if you buy this, you will get one that works.

    The staff person didn't have a clue what I wanted but I was desperate to get an adapter, I purchased it & just as I suspected it didn't work, and Best Buy closed the following day. Now I am stuck with a $54. item I can't return until the stores resume operation. Thanks for nothing.

    Have tried many different ways. It worked one time. When I wanted to return it, 15 days after purchase, it says 'not returnable'. 15 days? That's ridiculous. Poor product and service.

      I'm sorry to hear about this! But we are only able to accept returns if they were purchased directly through us. Otherwise we do exchanges of the product for an identical one. In this case since the item was purchased through Best Buy, you would have to go through them in order to return the item.
