Found out later from an outside source that all I needed was a docking station. Disappointed with your sales expertise as I have been to your store 3-4 times to buy, and then to return items. Lost time and gas money going back and forth. As we say in the islands "auwe"!

Stopped working after 2 minutes!

I asked my IT guy to see if he could fix it and after 15 minutes of trying everything he could, it didn't work still. He said it was a bad adapter. Hopefully, if you buy this, you will get one that works.

Nothing what I described I wanted

Now I am stuck with a $54. item I can't return until the stores resume operation. Thanks for nothing.

I'm sorry to hear about this! But we are only able to accept returns if they were purchased directly through us. Otherwise we do exchanges of the product for an identical one. In this case since the item was purchased through Best Buy, you would have to go through them in order to return the item.
