    Pay attention to product name. Vga to hdmi means only that vga in and hdmi out. It does not work other way.

      VGA ports on older computers don't exactly match with HDMI; thanks to the JDA204/JDA214 you can now use newer displays in a jiffy - simply plug in the VGA, USB male ends into the computer, the HDMI cable to the TV and done.
