Posted .Depending on what is connected to the JCT425, different outcomes may result. The JCT425 is intended for use with monitors and USB peripherals. In the case where the JCT425 is not properly connected via the "Host" port on the JCT425, no ports will function. In order to assist in properly getting setup, we strongly recommend reaching out to the technical support team printed on the casing and speaking with a specialist.

A very expensive piece of wood

Even with their additional power brick (another $60) the USB hubs will not even deliver enough power to light up the LEDs on a keyboard. I can see why this was on clearance, and even then it was extremely overpriced. Disappointed in both products from this brand and will be going another route.

Posted .The Power-in port on the Docking Station supports up to 100W via power-brick to add additional power to the USB ports, as well as pass-through charge. You may want to try disabling "USB Selective Suspend" settings. Select "Additional power settings" > Click on Power Options. Under the currently selected Power Plan, i.e. Balanced, High performance, etc, click "Change plan settings". Click the "Change advanced power settings". Expand USB settings. Expand USB selective suspend setting. Select Disabled from the drop-down menu, for "On battery" and "Plugged in" if applicable. I would have never expected it to quite working like this. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this product AT ALL.

Unit died after 1 week
