Confusing to setup

It’s still aesthetically nice so I kept it; but functionally, it’s not really worth the price.

Not worth the price, underwhelming quality

The cable they give you to connect to the pc is insultingly short. For the steep price this costs compared to competitors, I’d highly advise everyone to just go with Amazon basics. You can get ones on there that are half the price and have sweet features like wireless charging and CABLES THAT CAN ACTUALLY REACH YOUR COMPUTER. Sorry for yelling, I just get angry when I’m overcharged and underwhelmed.

Nice looking but bad USB hub

But the USB hub connected to it drags the item down. I keep getting errors where the devices plugged in are not getting enough power so I need to unplug and replug in the USB devices to it. I even plugged power into it and I got the error. I do video editing so having a hard drive suddenly not work is something I can't have. It's pretty though.

Posted .LMChimera, I'm sorry to hear the JCT425 did not meet your expectations. Due to power requirements of some peripherals, they may not work when connected to the hub. When power is obtained from the computer's USB port, it becomes divided amongst the hub, therefore resulting in lesser power available for the device than when compared to be connected directly to the computer's USB port. For such cases, we suggest connecting directly to the computer instead. I apologize for the inconvenience this caused and hope we can still earn your trust in the future.
