But for running, it's not really an issue, as I can still hear important ambient noises (car engines, horns, etc.). My fave pair of running headphones ever.

Good headphones for walking.

I have been disappointed however in the lack of bass response. I guess paying a little more might have provided me with a product with a wider frequency response.

I use an iphone and was intending to use these for golf, running, and yoga. I returned them less than 24 hours after buying because they did not stay on my ears - the material is soft but slipped off my ears several times while at the golf range. Additionally, the bluetooth connection was terrible. It kept cutting in and out from the weirdest things (getting too close to the phone, twisting, turning, walking.... you get the idea). I would not suggest anyone purchasing.
