Generally when people have connectivity issues it is related to the placement of the device to the headset. We have found it's best if the phone or device is on your right arm. Our antennas on our headsets are on the right side. Therefore, if the device is on your left side of the body or in your back pocket it will need to transmit the signal thru your body.

These were not made with very good quality. They did not stay in your ear and the way they hung, they would just fall right off or pop out of your ear. It may work if you don't have hair that covers your ears but that is not the case for me. Also - the controls are hard to use since you can't see them, you have to just press blindly hoping that you pushed the correct end.

Since then, I have not been able to get them to stay charged or use them. Went to the gym after charging all night and they were dead. Charged them again overnight and went to the track to use them, same result. Last time they "worked" I charged them for nearly 36 hours, When started to run I got about 1/4 mile and they died. All of this has happened over the last 2 weeks. I started bringing my earbuds as backup after the 1st occurrence.
