    Just ok

They are comfortable, I haven't had any issues with comfort. The specs say the battery lasts 4 hours. Not true! I have used these headphones every day since I bought them 2 weeks ago. I have not been able to get more than 3 hours out of a full charge. Like I said, they're decent but I'm going to have to return them for something with a better battery life.

    Not actually sport headphones

I purchased from a best buy store and the guy helping me explained that these had great sound quality which they do and were sport headphones. The problem with the headphones are that they wont stay in you're ears while running or biking. I returned these headphones.

    Horrible Audio and fit

If you can manage to squeeze the earbud all the way down your earhole you may get some bass. The audio quality on my old iPhone standard plug in headphones is better. They sound static and have no depth. The hooks are flabby and have no stability. For high intensity workouts that involve a lot of jumping, the fall out, move and there for the audio sounds like 99c or gas station headphones. I will return this item. Definitely not worth almost 80$ with tax.

Bought 200$ sony bluetooth headphones and they wouldnt stay on my head while I was working out. Returned them and bought the Jabra earbuds for less than half the price. Such a better investment! same sound quality as the 200$ pair and the Jabra actually stay on my ears comfortably. Great battery life and sound quality. Plus, if you spend an extra 10$ you can get a 2 year warranty just incase a speaker blows you can get it fixed for free. Save the money and stick with these earbuds.

    Not worth the money!

In short, here are the reasons that I'm dissatisfied with my purchase of this product: - Music quality is poor (sounds like you are in a tunnel) - They fall out of my ear with the slightest movements - They take almost 3 hours to charge - The control buttons are difficult to access without pulling the buds out of your ear - Very difficult to connect via bluetooth (I'm using an iPhone 6 and iPad Air)

For 70 bucks I thought these would be better. The style is perfect and they stay in place during an intense workout. HOWEVER the sound is not good, at all. There is zero bass and I actually get headaches from these even at low volume (because these headphones aren't loud either) I'm going to have to return these, if only the sound was bearable I would have totally loved them. the battery life is great but who cares if you can't listen to them.

Worked okay for a couple months

I got these for my daily exercise and to use while at school. They worked pretty good and we're fairly comfortable. I mostly listen to podcasts so sound quality seemed to be okay for my use. After having these for about 2 months now, I can no longer turn them on. I tried recharging them and still nothing! $70 for headphones that last 2 months is no deal at all.

I had these for 2 months now. I work out alot and these kept falling out of my ear. The hook or strap that goes around the ear always come loose eventually i lost it. I worked out yesterday and in the middle of my workout it shut off. I got home put on the charger but still won't come on. Now I have to deal with calling up the company etc. Ugh too much not worth it.

    Absolutely hate it!

Hate is a strong word to apply to a nonessential inanimate object, but I have to say I completely hate the Jabra Step. I had one that quit working altogether after a few weeks. Best Buy replaced it with the additional warranty I bought. And now this one only works off and on. It is WAY too much work to use. Half the time, it won't pair. You have to turn it off and on, forget the device, and practically stand on your head to get the thing to turn on, and then pair. Sometimes it works; other times it just doesn't. And many times, it won't turn off. So the battery runs down, but you don't get any warning. It just dies. The battery life is unreasonably short, as well. And it's hard to fit in and around the ear. Definitely the most poorly designed piece of electronic equipment I have ever owned.

Love the wireless earbuds. Had to get used to charging them before using them, but the sound quality is great and the lack of wires is amazing. Would recommend for purchase!

    Excellent Wireless Earbuds

One of the best wireless earphones I've found. Fits very nicely on my ears, comfortable, and I can use it to play video on my iPad. The video/audio actually stays in sync, which I'm surprised to still find many bluetooth earphones still don't do.

    Conformable, but disappointing sound quality

After unpacking I was pleased to find the buds to be lightweight and comfortable. I like the fact that they're moisture resistant and secure in my ears. Great for running. But in a relaxed environment the sound quality was really disappointing. Lower octaves of music just isn't there. I thought for the price point I was getting a deal and others have said sound quality was good. But I have wired ear buds that sound tremendously better at less than half the cost. I guess for better sound quality in a Bluetooth headset you really have to pay to play.

Headphones sound great, but if my phone is in my left pocket, the sound starts to break. I have to constantly remember to keep my phone in my right pocket in order to have a smooth sound.

I liked these ear buds a lot for the first 6 months after purchase (used 3 months as it was a gift). Then they would charge but would not turn on. Jabra's customer service trouble shot it and sent me a new pair. The second pair lasted another 7 months and then I had the same issue. Of course, the warranty is based off of original purchase date, so I was past the 12 month warranty and am now stuck with two sets of expensive ear plugs. I won't buy another Jabra product as their quality is shoddy. I would suggest any set other than this garbage

excellent stereo sport wireless bluetooth in ear headset great noise suppression on phone call conversation is very clear also the other end can't tell whether you are talking of the phone itself or the headphones. Good construction easy to pair and 100 % compatible with iOS devices. Long battery life even when the product information only says @ 4 hours talk or listen to music time.

Worst set of headphones I've ever bought

These headphones are extremely unreliable. The bluetooth signal is poor, they are uncomfortable and sometimes I've left them charging for the night and realized later they were out of battery. For less than this price I've bought other headphones that were way better.

DO NOT BUY! Not worth the price. Bluetooth for iPhone sounds like you're talking from a tin can. Worthless for that. Used for jogging with my iPod. Just stopped working for no reason half way through a jog less than two months after purchase. Completely worthless. Even when working if the antenna is not completely in line with your mobile device at all times, the sound cuts out. Can only use with you mobile device in a pocket or arm band in direct line with the antenna. Additionally the on / off button is poorly placed and designed. You can't tell which button you are feeling unless you are looking at the controls which you can't do while jogging. But since it doesn't even work after less than two months, don't waste your time, money or effort on this product. Best Buy should discontinue selling until Jabra makes substantial improvement to the capability, function, and durability of their products. Will never buy again and would never recommend after this experience.

Stopped working after a week or so of high intensity workouts. Returned. May be good for around the house or office though. From what I remember, decent bluetooth signal.
