Okay but...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not enough bass with these. I love the hooks that allow the earbuds to stay in my ears, but in order to hear even a little bass in the music I have to practically push and hold them in my ears. This is pretty much the case with most earbuds which is why I prefer earphones with flat buds (not over the ears...too bulky), but I gave these a try because of the hooks. Gonna return these.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This product is not worth the $70. consistently cuts in and out of the music when running or even just standing. If you walk about 5 feet away the music also stops. Although it isn't all bad, the quality is good and they are comfortable.

This does the job
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. No need to spend hundreds of dollars on name brand, popular wireless head sets. This is small, powerful, and gets the job done. PERFECT for bringing to the gym and doesn't fall off or get in the way. Battery life isn't too shabby either, just remember to power up before you head out.

Tinny Sound, Scratchy mic, No Documentation
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased a Jabra Step yesterday at the local Best Buy. The sound quality is very poor and the base is almost imperceptible. People I call complain that the sound on their end is scratchy and has static. I would say that you get what your pay for, but I own cheaper headsets with better sound quality.

Posted .Hello BidGuy,
Thank you for reaching out. It sounds like you might have purchased a return somehow. All of our products some with a quick start guide as well as other literature in the box. It sounds like you have a faulty unit. The sound quality should not be static, scratchy or tinny.
Can you reach out to our product support team via this link and they will trouble shoot and work on getting you a replacement.

Absolute garbage
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones are awful. I'm on my third set now due to warranty replacements, and this one is having the same issues as the last. -The first set I bought just flat out stopped turning on after about three months, even after sitting on the charger for a full day. -The second set (first warranty replacement) worked fine for about a month, and then started randomly turning off after 15-20 minutes of use, even though they were fully charged and the battery icon on my phone showed them as fully charged. They wouldn't turn back on until put back on a charger. I could run for between 15-25 minutes, and they just chimed and said "goodbye" and turned off. -The third set (second warranty replacement) did the same thing the first time I used it, today. So I guess I'll get to go through this process again, since Jabra wouldn't offer a refund or an upgrade to a different product. Sound quality actually isn't terrible, but if every set I get is going to break, what's the point? Design-wise, they're not good. The ear clips are useless. My solution was to reverse the ears (wear left in right and vice versa) and wear them upside down, which helps because the cable feeds downward. The cable is way too long, which sticks and pulls them out of my ears constantly while running/working out. My solution for that was to wrap them around my neck, which is uncomfortable and still results in them getting pulled out if I have to, I dunno, turn my head. Stay away from this product period because they obviously have quality control issues. If you insist on buying, don't plan on wearing them to the gym. On the plus side, the warranty replacement process has been relatively hassle-free - they have literally just said, OK, we'll send you a new one. To me, that just means they've had to do it enough times, and they know their product is junk. Definitely will not buy anything Jabra branded again.

Sound and comfort
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These earbuds are great for my bike rides. They fit comfortably in my ears, don't feel at all like they may fall out, and the sound that comes out of them are great. Very happy with my purchase.

Good one for the price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After my thorough research purchased this. Worth the money. Sound and material are of top quality. Except that the plastic plug for the USB charger broke within a week.

Buy something else. This is poor quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this on sale in December. They went bad in February. The volume control stopped working. Then it stopped pairing. I think the problem is that it is not actually sweat resistant, despite the box saying that it is. Sweat goes down from the ear piece to the control when I run. Then it gets into the control. then it disconnects and does not ever work correctly again. I am hoping Best Buy will let me return these and I plan to spend more and get the Beats ones. Hoping for better quality with them. Need headphones that last more than 2 workouts. I contacted Jabra online just before this. I feel the product is absolute junk, so any response they give is really not relevant. I recommend these to no one. First time, I attributed it to just a fluke, but 2 in a row. that is just poor quality.

Meh
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought these to use on vacation. They were recommended by one of the associates who were hovering over everyone. I told him I needed them to stay in my ears so I could use them for a yoga program. He said he has the same pair and loved them - they would be perfect for my use. Are you sure these guys aren't on commission? Long story short - the sound was ok at best. Music has a "tin" sound to it. The ear pieces are a joke - a rubber piece which wraps around the cord that cannot be adjusted to your ear. I was going to take them back when I returned from vacation, totally my fault for letting the return period expire. I should have known better than to listen to that kid - won't trust their recommendations again.

Poor battery life i.e. Poor Product Life
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Battery stopped working after 1.5 years. Jabra would not replace. Only sell me new pair. Poor customer service and at this price point, I expect the headphones to last for more than one year.

Terrible Fit!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not sure how much work Jabra did on the designing of this product, but the fit is awful. They are uncomfortable and don't fit snuggly into the ear. One of the worst I've ever tried. You get what you pay for I guess!

Decent wireless headphones
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Headphones sound good. They stay in ear better than cheaper versions, but still aren't very comfortable. May work better for someone with bigger ears. Overall, they get the job done.

Waste of money!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got these headphones for a gift in February or I would have returned them because they are very bulky. First the cord to charge the headphones broke so I had to replace that. Then the headphones just completely gave out, no lights turned on when connected to the charging cord. Took it to Best Buy to return and they informed me That I would have to contact Jabras customer service. So I called them, the lady was hard to understand and not very helpful at all! She told me that I would have to file a claim and I could receive a new pair of headphones, I told her after 3 months and they are broken I would rather return them as I DO NOT want another pair of these headphones! She said if I wanted to return them I would have to take them back to Best Buy, second time there and they informed me they could do nothing about it. These headphones are only 3 months old and everything has broken on me. The volume is horrible and not loud enough. I will never buy another Jabra product ever again!! Completely ridiculous!
