They are comfortable for brisk walking - but very poor connectivity and my main source was only inches away.

I used them once and returned for credit. There is no bass, I purchased a little more expensive model and am very pleased with the new ones.

These headphones are really bad for working out in. For causal walking our sitting these fit the bill. But for an extreme work out no.

I bought these for my fiance as part of her anniversary present. She loves them and after using them a few times myself I went out and bought a second pair for me. We use these when running and at the gym. Battery life is great, sound is great and they don't fall out of our ears.

    Great Workout Headphones

These are great for running, gym, whatever you throw at them. The clip also helps with keeping the cord in place so it doesn't pull the headphone out of your ear. I'd purchase these again, and again.

    Horrible workmanship, Horrible device

Many cons to this device. When I got it, the lower volume button and the microphone were broken. I took it apart to see (as I no longer had my receipt) and found that the insides were corroded with what looked like water damage. I will never buy another Jabra product again!

Step is my first pair of wireless head phones. They were very easy to set up on my touch. Sound is good and fit is good. They stay in my ear when I run.

    Don't connect to anything

I was hesitant to buy these Jabra Step Wireless headphones because of the reviews mentioning connectivity issues, but thought that if they connected, then I'd deal, as long as they had a decent mic. Well, they don't connect AT ALL, not to my iPhone 6, not to my MacBook (though my phone and laptop _do_ offer to connect me to neighbours' Bluetooth devices...). What a disappointment, a waste. And yes, they're fully charged. So, no idea about the microphone / talk quality, either.

    Earphone Fail

So I bought these for my workout and running. They keep falling out even with the wrap around. The wrap around for the ears is a joke. They have fallen off more than once, and even if you prefer just wearing the bud, you can't wear these without the ear wrap around part. The sound quality is ok but falls short. I could have bought $20 ones with better quality. The battery held a good charge. Overall would not recommend on quality or comfort.

This is the worst headset I ever bought. It's very uncomfortable and the sound quality is all treble with absolutely zero bass.

Read reviews first. Gave them a try and they are terrible. Very uncomfortable. Won't stay in my ears. Very painful, terrible sound. I am going to return them.

I bought this item back in April 2016, after using the device for 2 months, the controller stopped working. The poor design of the controller made the on/off button not have contact with the circuit board. I contacted Jabra for the warranty claim and they sent me another device!. with my experience with previous device I made sure I was "extra" sensitive with the controller, but the new device FAILED again!. Same Issue with the controller. I would NOT recommend buying this product. It has truly been a headache. Spend the extra $30-40 to buy a more dependent device like my friend did, he has had no issues (Jaybird). NOTE: I used the device 4-5 times a week for my workouts (moderate use)

On the recommendation of associate, I got the Step. I really dislike it, difficult to get the earpiece to stay in my ear. At Starbucks, I could hear their music over my music. When I could hear it was very tinny.

Stops working after a month or so

I have had two pairs now and each one just stops working, they do not turn on. The first pair were under warranty and were replaced...the second pair crapped-out about two weeks later. Not worth the money at all. When they did work, I was able to get them to connect to play music, and if a call came in I could hear the caller through the ear buds but the microphone did not work on either pair. Save yourself the time and frustration and do NOT purchase these.
