    Was thinking of getting a Fitbit, got the UP instead and I love. It's half the cost and the only difference I can tell is that the Fitbit shows on its screen how many steps, while the UP you have to look at your phone or whatever device it's connected to to see your steps. Which is not that big of a deal. It helps motivate me. Gives me tips on what to do to help me. I just love it.

    Seems less accurate than the Up24 wristband, and has less functionality within the app, but most importantly, it falls off too easily. Mine fell off on a relatively lazy hike and is lost for good.

    I like the simplicity of this tracker and the fact that it frees up my arm. It still utilizes the jawbone software (and requires fewer resets than the bands), but while it says the battery is supposed to last for like 6 months, mine only ever lasts for about 3-4. And sometimes replacement batteries don't work. Only complaint!
