Customers regard the UP2 Activity Tracker favorably for its sleep tracking, design, ease of use, and battery life, with many praising its accuracy and lightweight design. However, some users experienced issues with the band's durability and clasp, finding them to be problematic. I like the product; however, it apparently didn't pair with every phone on the box. I have a Motorola Droid Turbo, and I tried for 3 days straight to pair it with no success. I tried pairing it to my iPad with no success. Luckily it did pair with my boyfriend's Samsung phone, so I put the app on there.

This is my second Up Band. On my first band, the rubber broke that wraps around your wrist.and it was returned. The rubber material is fragile, even with normal wear. I love the product but I'm hoping my second band will hold together. I purchased a warranty just in case it happens again.

I have another one of these and it works great. The one my wife uses not so much. She works overnight as a nurse and the sleep tracking and at times the steps seem way off. The design is slightly different from the other but I would think function would be identical.

Main reason I bought this one is the soft gold color and thin style. It does everything but gps and heartrate and it fit my needs. I love the app and find it easy to use. Oh and the price was much lower than other brands.

I had an earlier version of the UP2 and needed to replace it as the band had broken. When I saw this sale at Best Buy it was perfect. The new band is working great.

Started with great tracking, data & long battery life. Now 1 month later it's DOA. App on my phone thinks it's alive. It started with battery life getting shorter & shorter. Then nothing

Great tracker - very comfortable and secure but the software repeatedly glitches on both mine and my wife's phones about once per week and we lose a day's sleep stats. For the Best Buy daily deal price it is a good buy though.

This is my favorite tracker in terms of appearance, and I really liked the app. It's more delicate looking than the usual chunky bands. However they just don't last - had to replace every six months or so.

    Can't make goals

I bought this because I wanted a smaller tracker than the Fitbit Charge. I like the look and fit, but I haven't been able to achieve my goals since purchasing it. Yes, I'm a couch potato, but I always made my 5000 step goal every day with the Charge. I had to set this one to 5000 from the recommended 7500 and still can't make my goal. I put on both trackers this morning and the Charge had about 700 more steps going to breakfast and back. I took a 100 step walk in the house and the Charge had 104 and the UP2 had 77. That's big difference. Don't know if I can exchange it after 4 months.

I tracked my walking steps with UP2 along with my iPhone Health app plus my husband's tracker. iPhone Health app and my husband's fitbit showed almost the same number of steps. The UP2 was less by 20%.
