Does not provide number read out so must check app for info. Wristband not easily adjusted so tend to adjust loosely reducing accuracy. Pretty device but not as practical as other products I've used.

Not anything fancy but it does what it says. However, there were a few days I didn't wear it and left it on the counter and it said I got 950 steps for the day. Not sure of its accuracy due to this

Jawbone's been so helpful in me reaching my weight and fitness goals. I would encourage anyone interested in using a tracker to look in their direction.

Got this at a great price and so far it seems like a great activity tracker! The new band design looks like it may be more durable than the older ones.

This product is a great beginners fitness tracker but rather basic. In retrospect I should've spent more to get something a little more intuitive.

After 2 months, the rubber band broke. Jawbone quickly replaced it with a new one but with different color. Overall disappointed because I expected much durable band.

This often lose on waist. , I would recommend a darker version if these cons don't dissuade you, or you think you can work around them--go for it. It's just not for me.

I was disappointed in the overall effectiveness of the product. I thought it would deliver more information than it did. I also thought it was somewhat inaccurate.

    Band Breaks easily, not replaceable

At first, I loved my Jawbone. It was attractive and the app worked great. It did everything I wanted it to do and more. However, after about 5 months of light to normal use, the band broke. I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement fairly quickly and painlessly. They saw I was registered and quickly sent a replacement with a return label for the broken one. Unfortunately, within a month, the band again broke in a different location. I held it together with scotch tape and contacted them again. The 2nd time, customer service was much more of a hassle. I had to provide written statements and hunt down the original receipt even though they had all that information from the 1st replacement. I contacted Best Buy and they sent me the receipt via email (Thanks!) and when I forwarded it, that wasn't good enough. I had to send it in a jpeg or pdf format. It wasn't hard for me to do that, but I can't imagine my mom or grandparents being able to copy, paste, save as a different file type, upload the file and then resend. Finally, after Jawbone got the information in the format they found acceptable, they then said it would take 3-4 weeks to process the claim. It has now been 5 weeks and I have still not received a replacement from Jawbone. In my opinion, this is unacceptable. The band should not have broken in the first place. I wish I had bought a product with a replaceable band, such as Fitbit.

I bought this for my dad. Had to return due to the fact that you need a smartphone to access data and he doesn't have a smartphone.

I liked the product, I was on a lower budget and got this on sale so I don't regret it. I plan to buy a better version in the future.

It has a fashion design and wireless connectivity. However, sleep tracking alwasy causes troubles unless you set it up manually.

The idea of a "cute" activity tracker is nice, unfortunately, this one didn't hold a charge or stay on my wrist.

I wouldn't say it's the best activity tracker out there! No heart monitor, tracks my steppes ok. But the sleep tracking is way off! I would not buy it again.

I liked the Up2 for its design. It blends in with other brackets. The battery is awful. It states the battery should last 10 day and I am lucky if I get 3.

The design is great, but it only lasted 4 months for me. My husband's band broke 1 week before mine. We tried to super glue the band, and that added an additional 3 days to it's life. Even I love the design and the price was reasonable, but not worth it. Funny thing is, after we put the bands in the drawer, it still shows data (my husband had 4000 steps).

I like it because it is affordable. The steps counts is not very accurate sometimes. I forgot to wear the bracelet and it is still counting.

Have to use he app on phone to get any info. Sleep tracking is questionable. Pretty much a glorified pedometer with nothing flashy
