Bad support, it is not as good as the others and doesn't work well

II have had this band replaced already. Undependable!

The UP2 stopped working in less than 2 months..it doesn't charge, update, connect. Since I'm beyond the BBY return policy, this was a waste of my time and money.

Very good product for tracking your activity and sleep at night. It synced up with the app very easy. It's comfortable to wear but the durability is a slight problem because one of my straps broke.

The feel of the bracelet is light and very nice. Unfortunately it is not a very durable construction and mine broke twice beyond repair. Bad construction!

This up2 was a replacement for the one that worked for about 4 months. This one I charged 4 times before it stopped working. It was great while it lasted.

I bought it on April, It's an ok product before it was broken (the rubber ring of the band) on November. The major problem of the band is the slowness in connect to its own iphone app. Since it is still under the one year warranty, I contacted jawbone customer service. They agreed to replace it, however, because of its limit stock, I need wait 3-4 weeks. After waiting more than a month, I send a follow up email to them. No Response! What a waste of time!

The band is of poor quality and there is not replacement band available. Worst product and waste of money.

No real way to track anything on the device itself. the band broke within 2 months. Avoid.

I was not able to put the thing on and take it off, so I gave it away. I didn't hook it up right so it was not reading accurate.

After only 6 weeks the band tore in 2 places making it unable to be worn.

It was great for the first 30 days and then it totally went dead. Stopped syncing and then stopped charging

It started out great until I had to charge it. I charged until it was ready, but the app never showed it charged. I had family at our home for a few weeks due to unforeseen reasons, and I tried to return the product since it is flawed. After a few days, they finally returned my emails and said I could not return it. I am not happy with the product or the service.

Got this on sale and it's ok for the price but would not spend full price on it

Unhappy with defective product store would only credit but wanted me to exchange for same item. Management and customer service obviously don't understand customers and I can see why the stores are closing! Will never shop here again. Will sell credit online to try to get my money back!

It became dirty with in 2 days of usage and very delicate.

In the first hour of use, this lost connectivity four times. I know a bargain basement price frequently means bargain basement quality. This proved to be true.

Would charge on Sunday say has ten days of charge but wouldn't make it through the week. Just purchased mid June and stopped working in July!!

The contacts became corroded after only 3 months and I was unable to charge the device.

My first one the wrist band broke. The 2nd one just stoped working.
