My Geek Squad protection was useless as Best Buy doesn't have them anymore was told I could get a lesser model. Had to return to company They are doing an exchange.Stuck with insurance that's not worth nothing!

Latest issue... Batter won't hold a charge for more than 24 hours. I am done. Thanks Best Buy for having the Geek plan. At least I am not out the money.

Won't stay on your arm......

But NOPE! it did the same thing it falls right off you loose it very easily. Do not like the bracelet but think the program is the best. I am thinking of going back to the first band, I know I am yakomg this one back!!!

It did not monitor your sleeping correctly. It's always going into sleep mode by itself. So disappointed, highly recommend NOT buying this. Should have read the reviews first
