The tracker works great. Love the color. And syncs with my phone with an app!

I purchased this to track my workouts in order to see improvements. Works great!

It is an awesome product but my wife loves apple watch II than this.

Working good. This device is really helping to track my physical activity.

The band gave me readings on steps that I took and I wasnt even wearing the band. It was sitting on my dresser for two days, picked it up and looked and it and it said I took steps. Its not user friendly.

Like the UP2 except for bracelet. Wish it fastened more like a watch.

I have been wearing this tracker since August 2015 and I have not had any problems. The information is very helpful and it truly has inspired me to get up and move. The software is comprehensive and easy to use. I love this tracker... p.s. I have taken over 2 million steps since last August .

Not as good as Fitbit but I got it very cheap and it works for me.

This is my 2nd fitness band, the first was the up24. I was planning to get the fitbit charge but I decided to just get this product since it was on sale last black Friday. First of all, this band looks great. It looks like those baller bands I used to wear which is nice. It is a little hard to wear at start but it gets easier once you get the hang of it. Also it tracks sleep automatically now, so you won't forget to push the button anymore. Battery life seems better also, it is now upto 10 days. Step tracking is pretty accurate as well. As long as you don't cheat by shaking your arms all the time. The only thing I hope this product does is that hopefully it could also track my stationary bike exercise which is a big deal for me. That's why I gave it 4 stars. But other than that, this is a great product.

I purchased this in Jan this year and the band already broke. Generally like the device but broken band makes it useless. I contacted the customer service. Let's see how they respond.

The newest version of jawbone is no where near as good as the older version, example the way you strap it on is a total pain to hook it on

When the syncing feature fails it takes ALL THE KINGS MEN TO PUT IT BACK TOGETHER AGAIN. I spent hours re-syncing the bracelet, it lasted a week and wanted to be re-synced. I don't have time to do this ever week or so. The customer service people were somewhat helpful, however telling me that I need second phone to follow along with the instructions that you wanted executed... it is NOT helpful. I found my solutions on YouTube. Sadly, YouTube was more helpful than calling the customer service folks.. No longer using UP2,

This version kept coming undone. It fell off my wrist at the Airport and I didn't even know it. I had the Up but it kept falling apart.

It is a good activity tracker and worth for the money.

I got this as an upgrade to my Fitbit Flex and it was more like a downgrade. I only wore the product for a day. It did not track any of my steps and it wouldn't sync.

Bought 2 of these last year. Not bad starter trackers but the bands are horrible. My wife's would never quite fit right and mine was okay for the first few months but eventually got to the point it kept falling off. When wearing all the time, it is far too easy to lose and I'm not a fan of throwing money away. If I had to do it all over again, I would have paid a little more for a better one.

I liked how this tracker looked. Not sure how accurate the steps were. Broke easily

I love that it automatically monitors your sleep at night. It is very comfortable to wear. I really like the mobile app that it syncs to. I bought this because it is one of four brands that syncs with the Weight Watchers app. Glad I did!

My only complaint is that it un hooks at times so I have to be careful I don't lose it, otherwise I would've give it a better score!
