I really like this new Jawbone. I had the old version and then changed to the Fitbit for a little while. This new model charges faster and offers more of what I'm looking to track in an easy to understand format.

I have had two different styles of the Jawbone Up and both stopped working in less than 6 months. I am not impressed with Jawbone.

I've had an up band since 2009. The product has improved greatly and works well. Customer service was always excellent. (I've not used them for this band) love the instant app sync!

Good entry level tracker. It does what it was made to do. Other products have more advanced features.

This activity tracker is limited in its functions, but it takes care of what I wanted to .

I wanted something to record my steps/sleep/activity but didn't want anything with a screen or too bulky. This was on sale and works perfectly for my needs.

It works well and I'd recommend the rope version of this app instead of the clap version. Look up YouTube for anything you need to know about the app.

This is my third Up and I am glad they have improved the quality of the band. I absolutely love the overall performance of the band it works great.

Jawbone is second to Fitbit . But I got a good deal and it's worth the buy.

This tracker has been great to track my activity through out the days. It has helped me on my weight loss goals. Love the simplicity of it.

I purchased this for my friend as a birthday gift. She loves it and it is encouraging her to move more. Now, I want one for myself.

Throughout the year I had it, I had it replaced 3 times because the band broke. I was supposed to have it replaced a 4th time, and was told that it was backordered and I would receive it within a few months later. I never received it, so I contacted the company, never heard back. I filed a BBB complaint, and was told that they only respond through their own channels, the same channels they weren't responding through. Then randomly months later I got an email telling me I had contacted them, even though I hadn't. Long story short, they refunded me a year later, and told me they no longer had any stock of this product, which I'm sure is because they all broke, so it was pulled from their product line. I wont ever buy another Jawbone product bottom line.

Love my jawbone, the charger not so much, it doesn't give me enough charge.
