Not overly impressed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Looks nice functions ok. Uses Bluetooth with your phone s i it's constantly syncing which is nice even though it drains the battery on my phone. Downside is that it randomly falls off my wrist.

Not thrilled with purchase.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had been thinking about getting an activity tracker for awhile and my girlfriend finally talked me into getting the UP2 so I could join her "fitness team". I have had it for a little over 12 hours and it's already not working correctly. I've read through all the online information and tried doing the soft reset and secondary reset without a positive result. I know it is 2016, but some sort of paper instructions would have been nice to flip through too.

Poor clasp
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Made the mistake of purchasing this model & not the new model which has better clasp technology. In the first hour that i wore this during my workout session it became loose & fell down multiple times. Please skip this one & try the newer model

Good design with several possible flaws
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off, let me say that I used to own an Up24 and returned it due to swelling issues that preventied the band from switching modes and charging. First impression of the new Up2 were quite impressive. The size and look of the band have been greatly improved as it is quite a bit smaller and has a sleek profile. However, I have had a few issues with the band that are very concerning to me and Jawbone support does not seem to have any viable fixes for them (discussed below). - Touch surface is not always responsive to check status and/or change modes. I have found that I have to hold the band completely parallel to the floor in order for it to work. I cannot turn my wrist towards my face while in bed to change to sleep mode. While this is a minor inconvenience, it is still an issue to note. - I have had several questionable activities as far as data is concerned. For instance, I walked on a treadmill for 2 miles exactly and the Up2 reported back as a 0.8 mile distance. The next day, I ran 2.0 miles on the same treadmill and the Up app reported the distance as a 2.8 mile run. This is quite concerning to me considering that Jawbone has removed the calibration feature that made me reasonably confident in the Up24 data that was provided. My girlfriend also has an Up2 band and while she works out 2-3x per day, I often have more steps than she does, which is obviously incorrect and was never the case when we both had Up24 versions. - I am not completely convinced that the clasp system will hold up over time. I am constantly worried that it will unhook and I will thus lose my band as it falls off. I have had it disconnect on two separate occassions yet luckily realized it immediately. The most concerning issue is that I've relayed all of these issues to Jawbone support and have literally received nothing useful from their responses. They simply suggested performing a soft reset on the band as well as deleting the UP application and reinstalling. I have performed both of these options and have not seen any improvement in band performance whatsoever. All things considered, I am strongly considering returning my Jawbone for a competitors fitness tracker.

Jawbone FAIL
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This product broke after a few months of light use. It is under warranty and Jawbone has admitted that they need to replace it. I have been waiting over 3 months for a replacement. After continually trying to follow up, Jawbone has now stopped replying. Worst customer service ever.

Not Worth It
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I initially purchased this band on 4/23. Luckily, I paid for the Best Buy protection plan, because I am now onto my second try. The first band was very finicky, and the double-tap to switch modes was extremely difficult. After about a month of use, the band began to un-pair itself almost daily. Not difficult to redo, but this is a major annoyance, and I don't experience with any of my other Bluetooth devices. I eventually just took it back and exchanged through the replacement plan. The double-tap to switch modes was much improved on the second device...I assume Jawbone made a change after their initial production. However, after about a week, I began having the same issues with the device un-pairing. There is no pattern...sometimes randomly during the middle of the day, and sometimes overnight. No data is lost when this happens, but for a $100 bracelet, I am not willing to deal with this. I am currently trying to send the device back to Jawbone for a refund. Pros: Sleek design, low-profile, water-resistant, battery is decent Cons: Constantly un-pairs from phone, sleep tracker is extremely inaccurate (there are many times where I know I was awake, but it is not recorded as "woke-up x times".
