It would be great...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review....if it only stayed clasped. I had it for 3 days and it wouldn't stay on. My final straw was when it fell off at dinner and I got half way home until I realized I no longer had it on. The UP24 was so much better

Poorly designed band
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got the UP2 band to replace a failed UP24 band. Had it 2 weeks and the clasp opened itself up three times nearly losing the band. Very poor design. Returned it for a Fitbit Charge HR. Liked UP products, but can't make the new design work.

Great app, faulty product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Part of the hard cover came off (I didn't wear it in the shower). The charging connection on the UP2 is also very wonky- sometimes I'd have to play with it to get it to align properly. It's too bad because the app is fantastic.

love these
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My husband is military and can't wear bulky items so this was perfect for him to wear he loves is as do I. it is so neat and great for goal tracking. the battery life is descent the only inconvenience is you can't change the setting from active to sleep without doing it manually idk if it is a malfunction or not but our don't change to sleep mode by tapping them and holding it down.

Great for the price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This product is simple to use and gives you basic information for a basic fit life. I do love the fact that it syncs very well with my bike riding app. For the price I paid when it was on sale its the best thing you can get. I highly recommend it if you aren't looking for HR monitor or to spend too much.

what a joke!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. One size fits most? NOT EVEN CLOSE. I'm a 6' 190 pounds male and my girlfriend is 5' 1" 115 pounds and it didn't properly fit either of us. Granted I'm a former wrestler with big wrists but I'm not a large man and it wasn't even close to being big enough. Likewise, her wrists are small (it was way too loose) but neither of us are what I would consider as falling outside the realm of "one size fits most". Be forewarned. I predict UP will go back to the multiple sizes like they had with the 24. DO NOT BUY WITH OUT TRYING IT ON FIRST!

When It Works, I Love It
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I must say that I am extremely dissatisfied with the options I've been presented from Jawbone support during the short period of time I've used this product. I have had issues since the initial purchase and had a total of four replacements. Up until now all I've been offered is replacements that have all failed. When it works its actually a great device but thats the issue. Today I called in to get another replacement to replace yet again another failed device and now I'm told I'm outside of the warranty. The best you can do is offer me a discount to buy something I've had repeated problems with. This tells me that they aren't willing to stand behind the product. I must've been wrong to expect for it to last ad least a year. To me that is not customer service, had I known Jawbone would only offer me failed replacements until the warranty ends I would not have purchased your product in the first place.

Band broke after 4mo. Jawbone refuse to support
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The strap broke/cracked only 4 months into use with normal wear and no abuse of the band. I contacted Jawbone (many others have voiced similar issues via twitter) and their only offer was 25% off a new band.

Does not work most of the time
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I keep having to re connect to blue tooth. The first 10 or so times I try to re connect I get a message saying UP2 rejects pairing. It was free with my cell phone purchase so I can't return it and haven't lost anything but for those thinking of buying one heed the reviews.

Think twice!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The wrist clasp comes loose very quickly, waking the unit requires tapping which doesn't really work and this is a downgrade from UP24. I had mine for a week and ended up returning.

attractive but doesnt work well
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The jawbone 2 is more attractive in appearance than some of other activity trackers out there, but other than than that it's very disappointing. The clasp on the wristband doesn't work well. The wristband is constantly coming off of my arm also the wristband constantly disconnects from the jawbone app, so I've repeatedly had to re-sync the band.

Not worth it in my opinion
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I won't buy again if I have to do it again. It was great the first few days and just stopped using it

Greatly disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a joke as far as being a "fitness tracker". Nothing is displayed on the band itself except for a couple of useless icons. So, in order to know your current activity level you MUST log in to the App. There is no time, date, or current step count on the band itself. This is far inferior to all other trackers and certainly not the product I thought I was purchasing. The only thing I did find useful was the food tracking ability via the App.
