still the best health tracking software in a better package, love the smaller size and better functionality

Pretty cool device. Not too big and bulky, just wish it was a little fancier in appearance. Kind of bland.

Really like the look of this wristband but does not fit a smaller wrist very well and takes many taps to get functions to work. I am a woman and have a 6 inch wrist. A watch strap prob would work better but I understand the need to be different in terms of design. Just not satisfied with design or functionality. Also, dont need a HR on a simple activity counter (this one does not have HR) but accuracy and fashion without bulk are a necessity. Waterproof would be a definite plus also. I can do HR with a polar but Id like a fitness/activity monitor that is stylish, waterproof, accurate without complication and no bulk.

I really enjoy this tracker. It's pretty accurate and works grat with my android phone.

I had the original UP and UP24, so it was a matter of time before I upgraded. I love my UP2! It has a universal fit and terrific insights in the app. Occasionally it will switch from wake to sleep when I did not intend it, but the vibration alerts me to that and I can switch it back!

This Jawbone was exactly what I needed... a small fitness tracker that wasnt bulky and did what I needed it to do. I really enjoy the idle alerts even the morning wake up buzzing. The only downfall like all other comments is that it tends to unhook at the worst times and get loose and falls off without you even realizing it. I have used small rubber band for hair but really looking into getting a legit O ring as others suggested.

I owned the jawbone up24 before this one and loved how easy it was to take on and off, however, it broke within a year. It appeared to be due to the ease with which it stretched. This new version seems to have fixed that but was, therefore, more difficult to put on. It took me about a week to get used to the latch to put it on but now I like it. I've had some issues with tapping it by accident which changes my active to sleep status.

Much better than the Fitbitb tracker I used to use. This Jawbone tracker not only tracks my activity automatically, but it also gives me information about my resting heart rate and sleep patterns. With this tracker Jawbone had developed an outstanding tracker with an even better customer support. I highly recommend this Jawbone tracker to anyone.

I bought this because it had great reviews. It was easy to use and the free app is key. However, the band does not close like a watch, so if you are wearing it all day you have to be careful that it doesn't slip off like it did for me only 1 month after I got it☹️

I gave this to my mom and i already had a fir bit. However i looked into it and not a bad product.

I wasn't sure if I should rate this 2 or 3 stars because I loved it while I had it. It worked great, the app was detailed and accurate. Originally, the biggest issue was the clasp. I ended up flipping it the opposite way because it kept coming undone. Then we get closer to having it for two months and the band quits tracking my sleep. Still fine, not the worst thing to quit working, I tried the soft reset and nothing fixed. A couple days later and the step counter quits on me. I tried multiple resets with nothing fixing it. There was no water damage, I didn't do anything extreme with it, it just stopped working. Before Jawbone support could get back in touch with me 4 days later, I had already gone out and purchased a Fitbit instead.

Like the Jawbone Up and Up24 models before it, the Up2 has well designed app software, but lacks finesse in the design of its hardware. The first Up band worked reasonably well, but did not survive it's first year in day-to-day use. Due to good customer service, the replacement Up band gave good service as long as it lasted, but it did not survive for a single year either. Tried the UP24, but could not get it to sync reliably, so returned it in expectation of waiting for the Up3, but read so many bad reviews on it that the Up2 looked like a better option. Now using the Up2, and am mostly satisfied, but have had some issues (widely reported) with getting it to enter sleep mode. Jawbone engineers need to rethink simplicity of design and produce units that work the first time and every time. Based on premature failure rate of the original Up band, I can only hope Jawbone has improved the reliability of the Up2!

I've been an UP wearer for a few years and I love the UP2! The previous UP24 gave me a rash b/c I'm allergic to nickel. The UP2 does not cause any discomfort on my wrist like the previous one. The only con is the clasp sometimes catches on delicate fabrics (laces,etc.) or catches my hair when I sleep. Not a reason for me not to wear it though.

I purchased my UP2 when it was on sale at Best Buy. It's a great step tracker and I like the sleep tracker on it as well. Plus, the UP2 is water resistant so if I forget to take it off to shower, it doesn't ruin it.

Is a great product, is confortable, light and the price was good in comparation with other.

For my first time device,easy to use and would recommend.

Much improved from the UP 24 that I upgraded from; good tranfer of data and easier to use.

cool tracker. the same as the up3 minus the haert rate tracking, but for half the price.

Wanted fitness tracker. Works great. Still learning about it but so far pretty easy.
