seems to function same as last model but more comfortable. The clasp in a pain when trying to hook it in the dark, otherwise I am able to navigate it with some practice. Tapping the top consistently until it wakes up seems to be working better.

I love my Jawbone UP2 activity tracker. I researched several trackers & my top two were UP2 & Fitbit. I've had my UP2 for about a month & like how it tracks activity & sleep & also syncs with my Weight Watcher app. The ONLY negative for the UP2 is there is no online help, you can only download the app to your smartphone.

Really love Jawbone. I got this to replace my Jawbone UP24. Looks great and is slimmer. Problem is the clasp opens when wearing it. Don't want to lose it so I'm returning it after 3 weeks.

I had a first generation up band before this one, it is a big improvement. The band is very thin now, I barely know I'm wearing it. Tracks sleep and steps very accurately. Has a great app, the best of all the apps for trackers that I have seen.

I originally had an UP 24, which i loved but it broke on me twice due to sand and dust getting inside. I really like Jawbone's app and features so I decided to move to the UP2. The construction is definitely better than the 24. The only downside is that instead of a button to push you tap the top of the band to change between modes. This feature is tempermental at best. The area you tap is not consistent and I have yet to find a consistent double tap rhythm to change modes. It ends up being easier to change modes through your phone.

This has been a great fitness tracker. I only wish that it was waterproof, as I hate having to take it off in water. Also, I wish the band had just a normal watch band type clasp on it, as the one it has can be a little tricky. It has fell off a few times, but luckily I noticed when it did. Overall, it is a great fitness tracker, and the UP app on my Samsung S5 works great!

Cons: I think it could be a little clearer to read in regard to steps. Plus the band slides open every night and it falls off while sleeping. Also you cannot change the band at all. Pros: it is lighter and a thinner band.

Great device to work toward fitness goals. Tends to loose connection with smart phone at least once a day but keeps on tracking steps. Easy to reconnect. Recommend jawbone consider developing a waterproof ankle apparatus so when mowing lawn, walking in grocery store with cart steps are counted. If your hands are idle as with these activities, steps don't register.

I purchased this after my Jawbone up 24 died. I definitely preferred the up24 over the UP2. The UP2's clasp tends to become undone and I almost lost it multiple times,

This fitness tracker lasts for days, is simple to use with the UP app that you load on your phone and takes an hour or two to charge. One thing I wish it had was a charger that doesn't require a computer to charge the device.

Pros: Works awesome. Nice for tracking walking and sleep. The app is really cool. Value for money. You can add friends in group and get motivated. Cons: sometimes app becomes terribly slow. Also data transfer from band to app is slow, although I dunno what is industry benchmark for this. The band lock is fuzzy, I am afraid I might loose this one day.
