The usability of this product went down hill after a software update. You can no longer change modes on the device by tapping. You can only put it in sleep mode via the app. Which is not a quick change. And the auto sleep detention feature can be totally inaccurate. The band will not stay clasped. I'm constantly worried that it will fall off. The clasp will also catch and pull on your clothes. I haven't worn mine in two months now because I am so frustrated with the sleeping tracking. It actually makes up your sleep tracking which is unacceptable.

I like its step accuracy and the food tracking feature. Also like that even when I forget to put it into sleep mode it still tracks it and asks you to confirm...also does the same for exercise.

For the cost of this item it works great !!!! Charges quickly and works welll with the app on my phone

Nicely designed , seems to have overcome the short backs from previous one. Works great and now with automatic sleep detection is almost perfect

I lost my jawbone 24, so I decided to go to the next one and I am so much happier with this one. More fashionable and less hassle to charge. The only thing is that it's easy to fall off

I like that it motivates me to walk more but I don't like that it adds steps while driving. I had 11 steps before getting in my car and about an hour later it registered over 800 steps.

I loved the features about this fitness band, but I don't like the fact that it is not waterproof. I got an allergic reaction on my wrist.

Although, physically/atheistically the UP2 looks better than the UP24 which it is meant to replace, it still has issues. With the UP24 the physical side button made setting the stopwatch and changing modes alot easier. Now I find that the "touchscreen" effect causes more annoyance than help. The slightest touch puts the band to sleep mode therefore making your updates inaccurate. The only way to start the stopwatch is through the app so that is inconvenient when you need to start the stopwatch quickly or are using it multiple times to log different kinds of workouts. ( i like to track my weightlifting and cardio separately). The app itself has many issues but the review here is for the band. Overall, I much preferred the UP24 and feel that Jawbone created a fail when trying to revamp it with the UP2 design. Also their website and app are not very helpful when it comes to learning how to use the band, I had to learn through trial and error and YouTube.

This is a great tracker and the app works great! I also own a Fitbit and am able to compare and find that the Jawbone's app is more detailed.

This jawbone fits and works perfect. It keeps up with what you eat and water intake as well as steps and weight. It is a good gadget to have.

I've had my up band for over two years now and love it! I track my sleep in my activity we've also bought one for my mother for Mother's Day.

I like the sleek look. I wish that I was able to view my steps without using the phone.

I use this constantly. Love that it is water resistant and stays charged for several days.

These is my second jawbone & I just love it!!!! I love my new one because it looks more like a piece of jewelry than a fitness band!

The band is a very poor design. My wife lost her band after 3 days. I bought her a new one and the band keeps coming loose. I have 1 and while working on the computer the band just came loose. The unit has a latch that works like a ramp. Put the 2 sides together and 1 side should hook over the top part of the ramp. Poor design

My wife loves her jawbone and uses it all the time. The strap broke on the 1st one but best buy replaced it without a hassle.

Got this as a replacement for the UP24. New UP is not so bulky, though lacks the physical button - the touch pad is fine, but sometimes it is activated when nobody wanted...

I really enjoy keeping track of my steps per day and also how I sleep through the night! The only thing that I would change is the band connection - it comes undone easily.

This is very comfortable to wear but it keeps coming off at night while I sleep. Also the app really drains the phone battery.
