Not impressed, the Up app would not sync with the band. Returned for store credit and purchased the Apple Watch.

Always fast shipping from Best Buy with no issue. Bought this for a birthday boy at college. He loves it and start wearing it as soon as he opens the box. Perfect!

The jawbone was very temperamental. I had a hard time charging it. I had to return several jawbone bracelets because they would crash on me! Never again will I purchase a Jawbone fitness product!

I purchased this fitness tracker and the initial set up was an easy process. Then after using it over the next few days, I experienced several glitches. I would check the software and observe one figure for steps, then the number would be reduced. Additionally, the tracker started to change modes from Activity to Sleep without my initiating the change. A double tap is prescribed in order to check the status of the tracker. At first this worked, then it failed. After several attempts to tap it, I would have to resort to checking or changing the status on the software. This I found to be a reported issue by multiple users on online forums. Unfortunately, I had to return this item.

It isn't easy to switch between active mode and sleep mode on the watch itself while it is at low battery.

I purchased this Father's Day gift on the recommendation of family and friends. It did not disappoint! Innovative technology and it works just fine.

When I upgraded I purchased 2 jawbones and I'm so glad I did. I'm enjoying mine so, that I gave the other one away as a gift. Boy were they happy.

The Jawbone was my first tracker to see if I liked having a tracker. I enjoyed it and it did what I wanted it to do. However, I missed having a watch because you couldn't read anything on device itself. You needed your phone. I think they have gone out of business.

It was a great buy for the price. It has everything you need,very accurate in measuring your steps.

I have owned a Jawbone UP for over a year. I have had to return 4 of them so far, this version we will see. I have trouble getting it into sleep mode, you tap it twice but nothing happens. So you have to mess with it numerous times for it to recognize you are trying to change modes. One thing I have always liked is the software it is very good!

It did not provide all the features that I thought it would. It is ok for the price though.

I received this jawbone as a freebie with my new phone purchase and I love it. Had no plans to buy one but so very glad that I have it now.

Have trouble staying connected to app you must turn your phone off to reset it every day

I love my Jawbone activity braclet. It's thin and easy to use.

Easy to set up and use. Band is slimmer than other trackers. Works great and reasonably priced.

I really like this basic item especially taking into consideration the amazingly low price.

It does tell you a lot and it's really cool. i wear it everywhere i go now to keep a track.

The band does not stay on & falls off very easily.

This is no fit bit but works just as good. Bought for both my brothers and they love it
