I previously had an Up24 and loved the sleek look of the Up2. This would be a great product if it would stay on during a workout. I am a fan of the app, but the band latch is not reliable. I wish they would provide a fix for it.

I'm disappointed in myself. After three months of reliable results, I just couldn't take hunting up calories any more. Tracking calories is necessary to set your daily targets to measure your progress, but they are obtained by scrolling through long lists of commercial food products and a few ingredients. If you eat out a lot at popular restaurant chains, fine, you're probably covered. If not, it's a slog to find the best equivalent or work out your own recipes' caloric values. Over time, what you regularly eat will come to the top of the scrolling food lists, but if you eat adventurously, then not so much. So, the Jawbone's tracking capabilities are pretty astonishing, but onerous and defeatable. Odd name, too.

got it as a free gift with the iPhone. gave it away but its user said it works well

It looks nice, but nothing more. Step counter is inaccurate. According to the data I do not have a deep sleep at all, which is not true. Smart alarm is not smart at all. I mean because it does not track a deep sleep period it just uses an alarm whenever time come.

I bought this for my wife when Best Buy had them on sale for only $25 because I wasn't sure if these things even worked well. Needless to say we both love them. The app is so easy to use and and the results appear to be very accurate. I would highly recommend the UP.
