This is my third Up and I am glad they have improved the quality of the band. I absolutely love the overall performance of the band it works great.

I purchased this for my friend as a birthday gift. She loves it and it is encouraging her to move more. Now, I want one for myself.

Jawbone is second to Fitbit . But I got a good deal and it's worth the buy.

It works just as advertised. It helps to motivate you to walk more, exercise, watch what you eat and sleep better.

Throughout the year I had it, I had it replaced 3 times because the band broke. I was supposed to have it replaced a 4th time, and was told that it was backordered and I would receive it within a few months later. I never received it, so I contacted the company, never heard back. I filed a BBB complaint, and was told that they only respond through their own channels, the same channels they weren't responding through. Then randomly months later I got an email telling me I had contacted them, even though I hadn't. Long story short, they refunded me a year later, and told me they no longer had any stock of this product, which I'm sure is because they all broke, so it was pulled from their product line. I wont ever buy another Jawbone product bottom line.

The fastener on the UP is terrible. it comes undone and has fallen off my arm numerous times. I have to tape it closed when I wear it. I have owned an UP since 2013 and have upgraded several times. the UP2 is great except for the fastener!

Live this . Can't live without it. Definitely makes my fitness more attainable

Love my jawbone, the charger not so much, it doesn't give me enough charge.

Met my needs and works well with my WW plan. price point was great as well.
